American Made Flooring (AMF) warrants to its original purchaser that all products we sell will be of the quality, kind and grade as invoiced when these products leave our premises. Warranty Exclusions:
Any warranty will be considered null and void if the flooring is not installed by a professional flooring installer. AMF warranty does not cover scratches, indentations, or damages caused by negligence, water, insects, spiked heels, failure to follow proper installation procedures, improper maintenance, insufficient protection, misuse, or improper alteration. II. Prefinished Flooring |

III. Additional Terms and Conditions
Returns:

Returns are allowed only if the material meets the following requirements.
- The box (boxes) is unopened and complete.
- The time elapsed since purchase is 60 days or less.
- Receipt required for return.
- We reserve the right to refuse return due to moisture or visible condition of flooring. Must be able to resell without issue.
- There will be no returns on Custom Ordered Merchandise.

Restocking Fee: There will be no restocking fee for up to 10% of the original order. Anything over 10% will be charged at 25% of the original purchase price.
Returned Checks will be charged $30.00. |
